How will I receive the files?
You will receive the files via email. For larger files, we will provide a separate download link to ensure smooth delivery.
How Many revisions will you provide?
While we don’t provide unlimited revisions, we can certainly make you happy.
How do revisions work? Is there a cost?
You’ll receive 2 rounds of “superficial revisions” per rendering. Any revisions beyond these will incur a charge of $75 per round, per render, rounded to the nearest hour.
We define revisions as “Rounds of Revisions,” which encompass up to 10 revisions provided within 24 hours. For example, if you request changes such as:
- Change the color of the south wall to white
- Adjust the soffit to the wall
- The roof is shingle, not slate
This would still be considered 1 round of revision. However, if there are more than 10 notes or if they are provided over multiple days, it would count as an additional round of revisions.
